Your responsibilities

  • Leverage Customer Fulfillment metrics to identify cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials
  • Build trusted partnership with your business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions driving business improvements and cost reductions
  • Understands the details of the cost structure to make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where data may be difficult to procure.
  • Identify opportunities and lead projects to streamline processes and reports
  • Hire, develop and mentor peers and team members, while promoting knowledge-sharing

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in positions requiring analysis of and reporting finance results. Experience in employing root cause analysis to identify issues quickly, while uncovering their causes
  • Demonstrated analytical, financial insight in delivering forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, as well as data interpretation of business impact and results
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. macros, pivots, lookups)
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven ability as a manager of strategic relationships with business partners: you can influence decisions, you can employ root cause analysis to identify issues quickly, while uncovering their causes
  • Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis ability, combined with confident communication skills for conveying your conclusions
  • You're highly analytical, detail-oriented and bring a solid sense of business insight: you have a proven history of generating and creative solutions
  • You have experience of working with large-scale data mining and reporting (e.g. SQL, MS Access) as well as business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), alongside other financial systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
