Account Manager
A major Employer has an opportunity for an Account Manager to work closely with key Commercial Clients who have International businesses.
Your Client Relationship Management responsibilities will require you to understand your clients' business and their risk management needs in order to identify innovative solutions to deliver those needs.
You will agree and implementation of the Insurance strategy for each of your clients and deliver the end to end ongoing client service.
As Account Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Create and agree the annual service plan for each Client
- Formulate and agree the renewal data
- Input into strategy meetings with Clients, Brokers and Insurers
- Establish with Insurers and Broking teams local and master policy requirements
- Identify local requirements with Insurers
- Agree KPI's regarding local issues, including premiums collections
- Management of Insurer's administration of local policies
- Attend meetings with local Brokers and Client, where required, on local and International insurance issues
To be a successful Account Manager you will demonstrate:
- Strong Commercial Insurance experience in order to deal effectively with complex Client needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Able to deal professionally with internal and external contacts, representing the Group with a high level of credibility
- Excellent Client focus with proven experience of delivering high levels of Client service
- Ability to analyse situations and provide recommendations
- Good data analysis and presentation skills
