Job Duties & responsibilities
ïƒ To ensure Vendor payments are processed under the centralised payments setup as per agreed TAT including Foreign Currency payments
ïƒ To monitor performance of Outsourced Service provider against SLA and ensure strong governance over all aspects of AP function
ïƒ Monitor regulatory compliances associated with GST and TDS
ïƒ Perform certification of GL / account ownership for all accounts related to AP
ïƒ Manage the Fixed Assets centralized system for the bank
ïƒ Coordinate with various stakeholders in the bank / outside for payments' related matters
ïƒ Partner with Tax team for timely submission of various returns and related schedules
ïƒ Manage performance of the Team
Required Experience
ïƒ Minimum 8-10 years of Accounts Payable experience in a Bank or NBFC or other large organisation.
ïƒ Knowledge of GST and TDS related to Accounts Payable Function
Education / Preferred Qualifications
ïƒ Chartered Accountant
