Robert Half Milton Keynes are working exclusively with a market leading client in the construction industry to recruit for an experience Accounts Assistant.

Duties include but are not limited to;

• Maintain purchase order files, matching orders against delivery notes and if required against invoices, resolve any queries which arise from this
• Assist with the processing of high volume supplier invoices, including coding
• Assist in coding and processing expenses
• Assist with weekly factory/site payroll
• Logging and processing of contractors and sub-contractors payments including liaising with sub-contractors
• Filing, copying, & general office admin
• Prepare and process supplier and subcontractors payments using electronic banking
• Reconciliations
• Assist with Cash Expected/Received file
• Prepare spreadsheets for cash flows and cost reconciliations
• Assist in such duties as shall be necessary to assist with meeting year end accounts/management accounts deadlines
• Assist other members of the team in the performance of their duties as may be necessary
• Perform such duties as the company may reasonably require from time to time

The position of Accounts Assistant is offered with a salary between £20K - £24K + benefits
