Description:

Intermediate Associate Business Analyst Role

We are looking forIntermediate Associate Business Analyst Professionals with 2 - 5 years solid development experience in Business Analysis and has a solid knowledge base of the SDLC.

Requirements:

Key deliverables:

End to end Business Analysis and Process Re-engineering services, producing the following artefacts:
  • Industry, business and organisational awareness;
  • IT governance, risk and compliance knowledge and skill;
  • Continued learning and/or professional development knowledge and skill;
  • Quality assurance knowledge and skill;
  • Continuous improvement knowledge and skill;
  • Business transformation and optimisation knowledge and skill;
  • Elicitation techniques knowledge and skill;
  • Business analysis practices, methodology and tools knowledge and skill;
  • Realisation and testing practices knowledge and skill; and
  • IT domain management knowledge and skill.
  • Experience in a transformational project (added advantage)
  • SADC RTGS System (added advantage)
  • SAMOS RTGS System (added advantage)

Minimum qualification Required:
  • A bachelors degree in IT;
  • A relevant Business Analysis Certificate; and
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a business analysis environment;
  • Knowledge, experience/ training on National Payment Systems / RTGS Systems.

Competencies:
  • Knowledge of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) (essential)
  • Skilled in business process models analysis, design and documentation (essential)
  • Ability to use basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft (MS) Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail) (essential)
  • Skilled in using modelling tools (required)
  • Analytical thinking ability
  • Communication skills (verbal and written)
