End to end Business Analysis and Process Re-engineering services, producing the following artefacts:
- Industry, business and organisational awareness;
- IT governance, risk and compliance knowledge and skill;
- Continued learning and/or professional development knowledge and skill;
- Quality assurance knowledge and skill;
- Continuous improvement knowledge and skill;
- Business transformation and optimisation knowledge and skill;
- Elicitation techniques knowledge and skill;
- Business analysis practices, methodology and tools knowledge and skill;
- Realisation and testing practices knowledge and skill; and
- IT domain management knowledge and skill.
- Experience in a transformational project (added advantage)
- SADC RTGS System (added advantage)
- SAMOS RTGS System (added advantage)
Minimum qualification Required:
- A bachelors degree in IT;
- A relevant Business Analysis Certificate; and
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a business analysis environment;
- Knowledge, experience/ training on National Payment Systems / RTGS Systems.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) (essential)
- Skilled in business process models analysis, design and documentation (essential)
- Ability to use basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft (MS) Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail) (essential)
- Skilled in using modelling tools (required)
- Analytical thinking ability
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
