Trainer
Job Summary: To ensure that the field sales representatives maintain high levels of quality sales. Upskilling new and presently field sales representatives to make sure the quality of sales is on a professional and at its best quality. Provide training on products and sales coaching technique.
Key Performance Areas/Key Result Areas
1. Performing product and sales training
2. Providing ongoing support to Branch Managers, and feedback on identified shortcomings
3. Decreasing the amount of fixes
4. Increase the quality of the sales
5. Attend sales and training meetings
6. Upskill new and existing employees
7. Weekly assessments and reports
8. Meet with the Supervisors to discuss needs of improvement or change
9. Collects, reviews and interprets data based on sales quantity
10. Create and maintain a motivating and positive working environment
11. Measures the effectiveness of training programs and makes adjustments as needed Key Tasks
Job Requirements
1. Matric
2. 1-3 years of previous training experience
3. Industry knowledge

1. Self-motivated
2. Customer need orientated
3. Able to work under pressure as well as independently
4. Sense of responsibility and ownership
5. Able to prioritize 6. Able to multi-task
7. Honest, hard-working and humble.
8. Ability to work under pressure and tight time constraints

11. Professional demeanour and appearance
12. Excellent telephone etiquette
