Domain Expertise

Domain as well as operational knowledge in Banking, especially Payments and Corporate internet banking

Knowledge on corporate payments, collection, liquidity management, financial supply chain, trade services, virtual account.

Should be able to understand business perspective of customer requirements.

Utilise strong analytical and research techniques to identify gaps

Develop crucial functional requirement specifications, creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications

Conduct UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams.

Provide comprehensive support to all end users and stakeholders through training and documentation

Other Traits:

Excellent written as well as verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good command over English.

Presentable, Proactive and confident.

Should be product oriented.

Should be a good listener and planner.

Handle multiple customer and project at a time.

Must be capable of handling independent implementation.

Should be available for short- and long-term travel to Domestic and International client locations.

Should be able to negotiate with customer regarding requirement scope.
Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis - Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Preparation of Functional Specifications and System Requirement Specifications, User's guide, Preparation of Business Cases, Training Material etc.

Presales - Assisting Presales team in responding to RFP, demo and POC.

Sales - Assisting Sales / Presales team in preparation of sales collateral.

Implementation - An interface between customer and development team. Work hand-in-hand with client as well as development team and ensure that all the requirements of customer are met

One should be individual as well as team player. Wherever required one should be able to implement the product independently.

Communication: Customer Convening capabilities with best solutions and workaround. Internal project team coordination for implementation and change request with status update.

Team Management - Guide to the BA team and plan for the task allocation. Ensure end to review and tracking of the task.

Operational knowledge in Banking, especially Payments and Corporate internet banking
Knowledge on corporate payments, collection, liquidity management, financial supply chain, trade services, virtual account.

Skills: Min 5 years experience in Corporate Banking product / Transaction banking

Experience: 10.00-14.00 Years
