Job Summary

* Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts
Job Purpose

"This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd." . Handling Statutory/Internal Auditor's query and providing the details. . General Ledger Scrutiny, variance analysis . Automation (RPA)/ Process improvement of Platform recons & exception reports . Preparation of MIS / New requirement for adhoc requirement . End to end ownership of customer transactional accounting in LMS System . Complete ownership of Platform recons (Disbursement/QDP) . Mapping of SAP GLs with FinnOne/Miles/Pennant (Customer Accounting Systems) on month end . Evaluate Finnone product Loan statement wise checking statement to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting . Variance analysis of customer centric accounting . Preparation of various recons (Mobile Platform/SD recovery/CF Adj etc) and getting the open items fixed. . Preparation of MIS / new requirement for adhoc requirement . Lesioning with difference stake holders to ensure activities are performed in time.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

* Duties and Responsibilities - 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) . Responsible for timely preparation of required data to withing Finance and other team in BFL . Responsible for accuracy and no high ageing/high value transactions open in GLs. . Identification of root cause of issue till its final resolution 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Challenges are related to system understanding/ technical issues & getting those fixed with IT / CS /OPs etc. 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Product level accounting set defined. Accounting set up definition. Set up of process with OPs team. 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Finance and Accounts Customer service Credit Ops business/Product teams IT MA team GST Team External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Not at this stage 7.
