A bit about the role...

Working in a team with Georgina Manning, Accounts Payable Manager and her team, the Accounts Payable Analyst will play in assisting the effective delivery of an accounts payable function, ensuring all invoices and payments are processed and recorded accurately and promptly and compliant with internal controls and polices. You will be joining our small but enthusiastic, friendly, and talented team who are committed to delivery of the service.

Georgina is dedicated in delivering a first-class customer service and believes in working in a collaborative and flexible way, valuing diversity in experience and perspective to foster good decision making and problem solving within the team. This is a chance to support the changing landscape of accounts payable function in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and a professional finance team you will ensure efficient, consistent, and effective delivery of team objectives.

A bit about you...

Whilst our day job is to deliver a first-class accounts payable service to our stakeholders, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate. You will have a strong accounts payable understanding and be comfortable adapting to the use of multiple financial software packages. The ability to work at pace whilst processing large volumes of transactions accurately and promptly is critical. You'll also be resilient and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and written. Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun, and engaging way. As an experienced finance professional, you'll be able to demonstrate creativity and innovative solutions to challenges and issues, whilst working with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
