Senior Associate, Private Company Services (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Los Angeles, CA. Provide the opportunity to help private companies with a range of business advisory needs such as audit, tax compliance, and planning to help improve their operational efficiency and to free up time that can be spent focusing on business strategy. Experience the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity and transition. Help clients design and implement personal and customized service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. Assist the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus (2) two years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Consulting with the leadership of privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals;
- Must have experience in two or more of the following areas: wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture or exit strategies; and,
- Comprehensive technical skills in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP).
Travel up to 60% is required.
