external individuals or groups, or one another to accomplish the organisation's mission and strategy)

* Company and other legal entities accounting function
* Management of banks, reconciliations and forex payments (inward and outward).
* Foreign entity accounting function
* Preparation of budget templates for various cost centre managers
* Consolidation of budget
* Monthly reporting of internal cost centre reports Actual vs. Budget
* Evolution software administration
* Analysis of company tax schedules
* Processing and posting of all accounting data
* Manage creditors and debtors' full function
* Monthly journal entries
* Ad hoc reporting as requested per management
* Cash flow management
* Interaction with Auditors (internal and external)
* Run the internal payroll (Payspace)
* All submissions of PAYE etc using e-filling

* Strong financial and management accounting skills including multinational, multicurrency consolidations,
* Understanding of business issues and interaction with accounting and regulatory environment
* Understanding of legal and regulatory environment and issues in which business is conducted

* Computer literacy including Sage Evolution, Microsoft Office applications -very strong excel, Procurement systems (eg Coupa)
* HR management (limited to payroll, leave management)

Finance BComm would be an advantage.
5 to 7 years relevant experience
