Beacon Hill Staffing is recruiting for Finance Assistant.

This is Remote - The Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, self-starting individual and the focus of this role will primarily be time and billing maintenance.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the maintenance of employee records
• Process, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of all other employee transactions within the system
• Accounts payable management
• Review and process forms and reimbursements
• Assist in timesheet audits on a weekly basis
• Process time and expense corrections
• Process and deliver financial transaction services
• Maintenance of purchasing card program

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong business/finance/accounting management background
• High attention to detail
• Time management and organization skills
