Beacon Hill Staffing is recruiting for a Bookkeeper

This position is located in Buckhead, Ga. It is a part time position and it is three days a week from 9:00 - 3:00.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run monthly copier/printer/scanner/postage reports and key into Excel spreadsheet and QuickBooks
• Provide the Office Manager wit a report on bills that needs to be paid and processed
• Collect, sort, and enter invoices into QuickBooks
• Monthly basis of reconciliations of charges and expenses
• File invoices
• Perform assigned account and clerical duties

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Deadline driven and ability to multi-task
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Team and service oriented
