A medical supplying company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team in the Accounts department on the 1st of November in Centurion. The company is looking for a candidate who is thorough, accurate and honest and can work in a stressful, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Providing support to the Accounting Department
* Performing basic office administration tasks such as filing, data entry and replenishing stationary supplies and office needs
* Process supplier and customer invoices
* Processing company daily expenses
* Answering of the office telephone
* Responding to business emails
* Petrol summaries
* Renewal of company vehicle licenses
* Petty Cash
* Assist with arranging functions
Requirements:
* Matric essential
* Qualification beneficial
* Minimum of 1 year experience in Admin/Financial Admin roll
* Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and strong typing skills
* Professional manner and a strong ethical code
* Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
* Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
* Valid drivers' license and own transport
* Good communication skills
* Attention to detail
Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00
Reporting to: Financial Administrator
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
