Our client, a financial services provider with a passion for their employees, is looking to add value to their growing business by hiring an accomplished pricing expert to lead a small team of specialists. This is an opportunity that will allow a proactive manager to take charge of a team and take ownership of the business's pricing processes.

*Job & Company Description:*
The successful new manager will be responsible for the pricing process; from determining pricing strategies to meet profitability targets, assisting in product design, motivate for and implement pricing changes, and continuously monitor the market and product performance to ensure that the desired goals are being reached. They will also manage the insurance portfolio by developing strategic frameworks, identifying critical areas of risk and developing solutions to these, and developing and implementing various financial, pricing, and risk models as required.

*Education:*

* Minimum of an honours in a Quantitative field. Eg. Mathematics, Statistics, and Actuarial Science.
* Preference will be given to a Master's Degree in a Quantitative field.

*Job Experience & Skills Required:*

* 9 - 11 years' experience in a pricing environment.
* Skilled in model development.
