Roles and responsibilities
We are recruiting 3.5 - 6 year experienced Chartered Accountants for Bangalore Location. Working as an Sr. Associate 2, you will be responsible to:
Act as team in charge on engagements by delegating effectively to junior staff and take responsibility for reviewing work.
Lead audit service delivery for a dedicated team, and demonstrate the understanding and knowledge of the industry specific/other permissible procedures
Build positive relationships by being able to demonstrate to the engagement team an understanding of audit procedures and the KPMG Audit Methodology (KAM)
Seize business opportunities (processes/clients) within permissibility guidelines
Demonstrate ability to identify technical issues and analyse and research solutions
Lead audit service delivery for a dedicated team and demonstrate understanding and knowledge of industry specific / other permissible audit procedures.
Improve audit service delivery based on the engagement team's feedback.
Guide and coach GDC professionals as a performance manager on their career growth and provide continuous feedback for their overall professional development
Coaching, training and providing guidance to peers and juniors on any questions related to the work assigned as well as KAM
Essential skills required
CA or ACCA Members,
Relevant post qualification experience of 3.5 to 6 years, along with strong Articleship experience from a mid- or a Big 4 firm or their shared service center would be preferred
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Advanced Accounting and Auditing Knowledge
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
Team player with ability to delegate
Strong commercial awareness, showing active interest in wider aspects of work requests
