Your new company
An exciting position with a well-established company in the Real Estate/Hospitality sector to join their leadership team as a Head of Finance. The business started over 50 years ago and has since grown and diversified into different areas with ambitious growth plans ahead.

Your new role
This role will be a senior position within the company, reporting to the Directors and leading the finance department through a period of growth. You will be responsible for all financial and statutory accounting, ensuring all processes and controls are correctly set up and adhered to. A large component of this role is business partnering and working closely with a number of non-finance department heads including, operations, sales, marketing, developments and more. You will also work closely with the Revenue Manager and manage cashflow forecasting. This role will allow a commercial minded individual to have a huge impact on the growth and success of future developments.

What you'll need to succeed
This role requires an experienced Financial Controller looking for their first number one in finance role or an experience FD who is excited by creating and developing something new in a rapidly growing group. You will ideally be qualified but this is not essential if you have experience working with Hotels. You will be a strong leader with the ability to support the business strategically with the right management information.
