Your new company
Hays are delighted to be working with a multinational consultancy company in Edinburgh to recruit an Administrator on a permanent basis. Due to an increase in drive and demand this role has become readily available.
Your new role
In your new role you will be supporting the local office and wider regional offices with general administration duties such as courier bookings, ordering of business lunches and switchboard support. You will also be responsible for providing support to Consultants and Partners, creating relationships with key stake holders and acting as a liaison between internal support teams.
What you'll need to succeed
The client has outlined someone who has previous experience within an administration role and who is able to work as part of a wider team. The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills, IT experience such as Microsoft 365 and the ability to prioritise tasks.
