A varied role that includes business as usual statutory reporting and project merger and acquisition work. Working remotely with the the occasional meeting in the office.
The client is a private equity financial services organisation. Surrey based although their staff are predominantly working from home, and flexibility is something they plan to move forward with.
Including but not limited to:
- Merger and/or acquisition accounting
- Production of statutory reporting
- Implementing new financial standards
- Ensure a robust control and reporting environment
- Partnering with auditors and stakeholders
The successful candidate should be a Qualified technically strong Accountant, who is immediately available and seeking a new day rate contract role. Experience of mergers and/or acquisition is ideal, as is experience working within a Private Equity environment.
