Finance Manager job for a bespoke construction business paying up to £50,000


Your new company
A market leading and bespoke construction business, with an excellent market reputation. The business has a small finance function based in South Manchester and are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead the finance function as the business continues to grow.

Your new role
As Finance Manager, your role will be a combination of business partnering with the site managers and design team, adding commercial value and direction. In this hands-on role, you will provide monthly/quarterly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, alongside managing project costings and supporting their small finance function.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a capable accountant with the ability to communicate confidently, across finance and non-finance. The role will demand that you can use your initiative and take real ownership of the assignment. Due to being heavily involved in multiple projects at any one time you will need to be prepared to work in the office 5 days a week.
