Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on behalf of their exclusive client for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant based in Perth to join their small team on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent for the right individual. Salary is up to £21,000 and the role is based working in the office in Perth with all COVID regulations in place.
Your new role
Working as part of a team you will process a high volume of invoices on purchase ledger. You will deal with 3-way invoice matching, processing of expenses, dealing with supplier queries and statement reconciliations. You will also cover reception duties as and when required including answering the phone and meeting & greeting any visitors. You will deal with any other finance & administration duties required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within purchase ledger and dealing with a high volume of invoices. You will also have an excellent telephone manner and have a 'can do' attitude happy to help out where required.
