You will be joining a well established organisation headquartered in Woking with offices based across the UK.
Your new role
You will be taking on a broad leadership role reporting to the Managing Director and overseeing all aspects of the finance department on a day to day basis. This is a key role where you will cover everything from managing a small team overseeing the transactional processing through to cashflow and treasury management, month end management accounting, statutory reporting, audit as well as partnering closely with the Leadership team and supporting the MD with strategic / long term planning.
What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification, you should be able to evidence a significant amount of leadership experience either at Finance Manager / Controller level and be confident overseeing the running of the department day to day as well as deputising when required for the MD. This is a role with a great deal of exposure combined with a hands on day to day !
