As a Finance Administrator, you will be reporting into the Head of Finance and from day 1 will have a direct impact on their success as they scale and grow.

My Client are a Digital Transformation and Telecommunications Consultancy Company that has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join their Finance team based in the City of London.

Description

The key responsibility of a Finance Administrator are:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records on Xero
  • Manage accounts Inbox
  • Processing and managing Staff and Directors Expenses
  • Managing purchase ledger invoices, payment runs and statements
  • Generating sales invoices and allocating bank payments onto the accounting system
  • Management of time-sheet system - Including monthly contractor payment runs
  • Internal reporting for project-based work
  • Credit control for new and existing customers
  • Assisting in end of month accounts (prepayment journals, asset register, depreciation, and reconciliations)
  • Management of Purchase Orders
  • Assisting with payroll administration
  • Maintaining good working relationships both internal and externally

Profile

The Successful Candidate for a Finance Administrator will have:

  • Enthusiasm to learn and support improvements to the current systems
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Flexible approach to working in a rapidly growing business
  • Professional and friendly attitude to associates and staff
  • Bright, enthusiastic attitude
  • Minimum 3 years in finance related role
