Description

Key responsibilities of the Legal Cashier based in Birmingham will be monitoring client money balances, transactions and controls, ensuring at all times full compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and requirements. The successful applicant will be charged with ensuring an excellent level of customer service is provided to all internal stakeholders, liaising with the SRA with regards to old residual balances and the subsequent criteria and steps required to facilitate their return to the client or transfer to charity.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Legal Cashier role will have experience in this role or a similar one, a good understanding of SRA and VAT rules and regulations, calm, clear and flexible communication skills and the ability to explain finance issues to non-finance teams.

Job Offer

On offer for the right candidate is an immediate start, the role is based from the Birmingham office but remote working is available, there is a salary of £24,000 available on a 12 month contract and 27 days of annual leave.
