If so, we need you to help shape the new Management Unit of Place Services.

We are currently seeking applications for a Place Reporting Manager (Estates/Property) within the Corporate Services Department based in Dundee and Glasgow. This is a permanent and pensionable appointment and new entrants will normally start on the minimum of the pay range. Overview

The Place Services branch has the responsibility to lead the accommodation, travel, and smarter working arrangements for the Agency. There are two operational teams one located at our headquarters in Dundee and another in Glasgow. A new business management unit is currently being developed to support these operational teams, and to provide leadership in the areas under the responsibility of the Service.

Qualifications Required

For jobs in Band B & C you must hold a minimum of 3 Highers or equivalent or relevant experience.

Experience of Strategic Business/Financial Analysis is preferred.

Other qualifications equivalent to these may also be acceptable, if you are in any doubt please contact to discuss.

Essential Criteria

1. Proven ability to undertake financial forecasts, monitor budget variances, and prepare management reports to support decision making.

2. Experience of engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent positive results aligned to business need.

3. Developed leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate initiative and prioritise a varying workload to meet targets and deadlines.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce complex strategic material that is concise, well-structured, and accurate.
