Your new role
You'll be responsible for making sure that Purchases Ledgers are closed off in line with the company deadlines, liaising with landlords and utility suppliers relating to contracts. You will ensure that payment runs for the company are prepared, authorised and ready for payment to enable payments to be made for the Month End. The successful candidate will always to be looking at ways to implement process improvements and be able to do all aspects of Purchase Ledger - post invoices, reconcile statements, analysis, prepare payments, managing the emails, filing, expenses, accruals, prepayments, journals.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the hospitality industry, be competent carrying out the day-to-day tasks of accounts payable and be comfortable working within the property department. You must be enthusiastic, passionate about improving the accounts' payable function and have a flare for accounts.
