These are the most common themes when speaking to auditors but 9 times out of 10 it's not the role they don't enjoy but the environment they're doing it in.

This Small independent firm is looking for a mixed Audit & Accounts Senior, this is a pretty varied role which isn't just a tick boxing exercise and you won't be working all hours under the sun.

They are particularly openminded and encourage development and ambition but most importantly they respect that you have a life outside of work.

This role will be split 50/50 with accounts where you'll be preparing statutory accounts and financial statements along with a bit of bookkeeping and submitting VAT returns, so this is a great step for someone who wants a little more variety in their role.

You'll need to have a good few years experience of both conducting audits and preparing accounts. They're very open on where you are with your qualification and you could be part qualified.
