Interim Finance Manager

Your new company
A market leading and bespoke construction business, with an excellent market reputation. The business has a small finance function based in South Manchester and are currently recruiting for a Interim Finance Manager to join the business to support the owners through a period of change.

Your new role
As Interim Finance Manager, your role will be a combination of business partnering with the site managers and design team, adding commercial value and direction. In this hands-on role, you will provide monthly/quarterly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, alongside managing project costings and supporting their small finance function. The client has specified that due to the project time frames and importance, this role will be on site 5 days a week.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a capable accountant with the ability to communicate confidently, across finance and non-finance. The role will demand that you can use your initiative and take real ownership of the assignment. Due to time lines, you will need to be available within short notice and be prepared to work in the office 5 days a week.
