Finance Manager / Petworth / Accountancy

Client Details

An established Petworth based organisation are seeking a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.


As Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Banking and bank reconciliation
  • Invoice processing and authorisation of expenditure
  • Monthly and quarterly production of accounts and reports
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Preparing management information and producing year end accounts
  • Staff management, objective setting and appraisal


  • Excellent planning and time management
  • Exceptional communication
  • The ability to manage and lead a team
  • Objective setting and developing staff
  • Using own initiative (taking charge of situations)
  • The ability to problem solve, present solutions and process improvements
  • Confidence in communicating own ideas
  • PQ or QBE

Job Offer

£33-35,000 DOE + Benefits
