This Junior Commercial Finance Analyst position based in Uxbridge is working for a global FMCG company.

Description

This temporary Junior Commercial Finance Analyst will involve the following responsibilities:

¨ Responsible for GSV (Gross Sales Value) set up

¨ Responsible for weekly pricing updates and checks (system and communications) liaising with the commercial accountant and RGM (Revenue Growth Management).

¨ Business partnering on pricing ad-hoc queries on a weekly basis.

¨ Ensure pricing sign offs and floor pricing process is fit for purpose and maintained

¨ Ensure effective revenue management and control policies and procedures are adhered to ensure optimum pricing and customer mix and to ensure customer discounts (trade funds) are efficiently managed for best return.

¨ Responsible for any audit related queries for Pricing, following the correct governance and process

¨ Provide support to collate outputs for the WEM (Weekly Executional Meeting)

¨ Operating as part of the multi-functional Finance team by providing support and challenge to drive governance

Profile

The successful candidate for this Junior Commercial Finance Analyst role will need to have the following skills:

- Financial acumen - with a proven track record

¨ Experience of SAP (desirable)

¨ Confident, credible and articulate

¨ Ability to challenge with a healthy balance of assertiveness and tact

¨ Track record of ability to build good working relationships

¨ High level of resilience under pressure

¨ Track record of effective prioritisation especially during periods of high pressure
