Project Biller / Up to £150 per day / London / Hybrid work / 6 month contractPreparing invoices for projects and compiling the supporting client documentationMaintain invoice trackerProvide day-to-day assistance with billing queriesMonitoring WIP and working with Project Accountants to manage the aging of unbilled items to ensure they are billed out on a timely basis.Uploading invoices to and managing log in credentials for various Client online portalsFollowing up with Clients after invoicing to ensure the invoice has been received and will be processed by the Client

Your new role
The following duties are the core parts of this role:
Minimum of 3-5 years' billing experience in projects environment.Experience of milestone and T&M billingExposure to WIP managementSystems experience necessary - Larger T&E integrated systemsIntermediate level of Excel knowledge (Pivot tables, SUM Ifs, Vlookups)
