The Role
Reporting to the Administration Manager, this is a varied accounts role. You will have sole responsibilities across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. This is a 5-month contract role.
Duties
This is a sole charge position your responsibilities will include:
- Full function payroll fortnightly for both salary and waged staff (130 staff members)
- End-to-end accounts payable function.
- Full function accounts receivable.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Funding reconciliation
- GST filing.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position it is favourable that you have:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills & self-starter.
- Xero experience is desirable for this role.
