Assuring quality of team' deliverable and business continuity

Stakeholder-Management

Mentoring, evaluation of performance and supporting professional development of the team members
Partner management

Operational

Supervising the vendor and staff expense process in an accurate and timely manner
Regular interaction with business partners to ensure appropriate communication with them maintaining transparency
Monitoring and ensuring the various Accounts Payables Key Performance Indicators are met
Ensuring month end activities are adhered according to the defined timelines
Ensuring quality and controls are in place and adhered to across all aspects of the process
Ensuring all the controls defined as per SoX requirements are adhered to and implemented
Collaboration with partners in the Finance Operations teams, IT support teams etc. as required
Proactively identifying process enhancement opportunities within the process or within the Finance Operations area
Seek to identify and drive innovation/automation ideas
Ensuring policies are adhered to and procedure documentations are up to date
Liaison with internal/external auditors on related matters
Any Ad hoc activities as assigned by the management
