1 year FTC to permanent AP Clerk job role working for a property management business in Victoria
Your new company
This is an established and growing property management business based in the heart of Victoria. Due to bringing the payable function in house, they are seeking a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team and help establish the payables process. This role is a 1 year FTC to permanent position on a hybrid basis of 2/3 days in the office each week.
Your new role
You will be responsible for processing high volumes of invoices, liaising with suppliers, allocating and posting invoices to multi sites, managing the AP inbox, assisting with the implementation of processes and controls, supplier statement reconciliations and adhoc reporting duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be immediately available and have a wealth of experience in Accounts Payable.
