We are looking for a Financial Controller to join the global Finance Team, reporting directly to the CFO.

Description
In this role, you will have the chance to create value towards the company's financial goals. Together with a team of 2 Finance/Accounting assistants, you will be responsible for the global accounting and reporting function. With your steady attitude and excellent analytical skills, you love to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
The work
- Perform and manage the monthly consolidation, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement
- Responsible for all inter-company transactions and reconciliations
- Preparation of statutory financial statements on IFRS basis
- Review Indirect Tax / VAT returns
- Managing and coaching the team
Profile
About you
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or MBA)
* 5+ years of experience in accounting
* Dynamics 365 F&O experience
* Good knowledge of IFRS
* Proven experience in leading a team
* Ability to communicate effectively at Senior Level
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Excel skills a must; power BI experience an advantage
