Bookkeeper for a Vocational College
Full Time - Salary package is negotiable to the right candidate
A Vocational CRICOS College located in Windsor NSW 2756 is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced bookkeepers for a full-time position. The salary package is negotiable based on experience plus superannuation. The successful candidate must:
Have experience of at least 2 years working as a bookkeeper/accountant
Have experience in the Vocational Education Sector (preferrable)
Have experience with accounting concepts of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including reconciliations, general ledgers, and P&Ls;
Be able to process staff payrolls, superannuation, Organisation tax return, prepare and lodge BAS etc..
Proven expertise in preparing and monitoring the budget, forecasting, financial management, variance analysis, and income/expenditure management;
Have experience in using Xero system (is a MUST) and RTO Manager (Student Management System) (Preferable)
Have the Knowledge of relevant decision makings, regulations and reporting requirements
Have a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
