Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant, Webber, LLC, The Woodlands, TX. Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the company. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:

• Analyzing monthly project budgeting for variances;
• Reviewing cost analysis projections for construction projects valued up to $25- $50M;
• Using Accounting software SAP;
• Processing invoices from subcontractors and/or vendors;
• Completing monthly accruals;
• Working with multiple departments, including: safety, quality, production, and environmental, to ensure integrity of financial records on large-civil infrastructure construction works; and
• Utilizing knowledge of GAAP & IFRS.

5% travel required.
