I m recruiting a part time FD / CFO to join a fantastic global business who have invested heavily in succession planning. Role is 3 days per week to support a key area of the business (property accounting, stakeholder support) and mentor and develop the future Finance Director. FTE of £100K, so circa £60K for 3dpw.
Client Details
My client are a fantastic, market leading international business. They have offices in Kent and London, and will offer good flexibility for home working (3 day per week in total with likely 1 day per fortnight in London and 1 day per week from home). This business have invested heavily in succession planning and we have been working with them closely to develop the next generation CFO, FD and FC for the company.
Description
As the Part Time Finance Director, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing the next generation finance leaders within the business, whilst also providing key financial support to certain areas of the overall finance structure - mainly this will include looking after the property accounting, service charges, commercial property agreements and tenancy contracts.
You will also support other areas of the business, using your experience to benefit the whole organisation, but with a particular remit to develop and support the Financial Controller who will inherit the Finance Director position in time.
Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced FD / CFO with experience of working at a senior level within a large, ideally international business.
You will be looking to use your experience to support, mentor and develop other members of the finance team, whist still playing a key hands on role in the accounting department.
You will be able to get to the offices in Mid Kent on average 2 days per week, with a day per fortnight in London. There will be some flexibility to work from home as well.
