Are you a fully qualified accountant looking for your next role? Do you have commercial finance experience gained in a fast paced business? If so, an exciting Manchester City Based FTSE listed PLC business has a brilliant opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

This is a true business partnering role where you will provide commercial support to the venue management team to help them understand their financial performance, assist in driving performance and monitor and control change initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Group financial policies and procedures are rigorously adhered to at all times.

Your new role

• Help build financial models to commercially analyse large data sets.
• Support in building out a strong FP&A function.
• Drive a culture of business partnering across the wider business.
• Have the ability to commercially analyse brand and product performance.
• Support on building new models around cash-flow forecasting.
• Lead on creating new budget and planning models to analyse commercial performance.
• Support with elements of month-end.
• Take a lead in looking at system capability

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified accountant with proven commercial experience
• High numeric and analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proven financial and commercial acumen
• Strong, dynamic team player
• Previous and demonstrable commercial finance experience of improving business results and adding value
