About the Organization:

• Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No. 1 BPO in India with prospective expansion vision.
  

Job Description and Candidate Expectation :

• Candidate must have 7 + years of experience into global Financial Planning & Analysis (FPNA) process supporting global clients in BPO industry.
  
• Must have the ability to establish strong client relationship and team managing experience is mandatory for the role.
  
• Should possess experience in Reporting aspect of FPNA
  
• Must have good process knowledge into financial business management and client financial management.
  
• Must possess good experience in analysis on cash flow financial analytics reporting spend analysis variance analysis budgeting and forecasting aspects of FPNA.
  
• Should have good experience in analysing the financials as per US / UK GAAP or IFRS.
  
• Should have good people and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
