We are looking for two Accounts Payable / Receivable Officers in fixed term positions until 30 June and 31 October 2022 to join our busy team in Wellington.

He angitūtanga: About the Role
As an Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer you will have a head for numbers with a high level of accuracy as you will be responsible for processing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, invoice processing, debtor management. This role would suit someone who enjoys problem solving and possesses an eagerness for credit control.

You will handle enquiries from both our internal and external partners and ensure they are responded to or escalated in a helpful and timely way. You will be responsible for monitoring and following up bad debts.

You'll bring a positive attitude, professional etiquette, great customer service skills along with your analytical skills. You will also have:

* have previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounts, or an analytical or statistical based role
* have a great can-do attitude
* possess strong communication skills
* demonstrate good time management
* have a willingness to get stuck in to help others
* hold intermediate or advanced excel skills
* a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
* ability to work autonomously and problem solve with ease.

Your ability and willingness to pitch in and share workload is vital to making sure our team remains high performing.
