Accounts Assistant

Permanent Accounts Assistant job role working for an established and growing property business in the West End


Your new company
This is an established property business which specialise within work spaces and residential lettings across the UK. Throughout the last year there has been expansive growth within the business and due to this they are creating new roles within the team. This role is home based until November and then will be in the newly refurbished office on a hybrid basis.

Your new role
The duties of this role will be assisting with cash flow forecasting, preparing aged debtors, preparing supplier payments, raising invoices, month end processing, journal reconciliations and adhoc reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be actively studying in your qualification and have experience working within a similar role. It would be beneficial to have experience of working within the property sector and system knowledge of Qube, Tramps, Yardi or MRI would be advantageous.
