Job Details

• Assist with monthly financial statement preparations and budgets
• Assist with grant funding and managing ledgers for funds
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual close duties
• Key member in continuous process improvement
• Analyze and process general ledgers
• Capable of explaining financials to various departments
• Strong understanding of grants and how they impact financials & budgets
• Perform various audits and assist external firm with annual audits
• 4+ years of accounting experience; strong preference of non-profit experience (government, education, etc.)
• Bachelor's in Accounting or similar degree
• CPA preferred
• Proficient in creating and improving policies
• Strong user of accounting software's and Excel
