Your new role
As the Senior Financial Accountant, you'll be responsible for managing and developing the high-performing financial accounting team and taking a key role in the development and implementation of best-in-class processes and controls. Specifically, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading month end reporting and analysis
• Leading the preparation of regulatory and tax reporting
• Developing and maintaining strong processes and controls
• Driving continuous improvement across the finance function
• Managing and developing a team of 3 direct reports
• Preparing MI packs for various internal stakeholders
• Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of this role, it's vital that you'll be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with significant PQE in a large audit firm or a corporate reporting environment. It'd also be great if you had;

• Experience of the financial services industry
• Experience of HMRC and FCA reporting
• Experience of MS Dynamics
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of IFRS
