Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst - Gross Margin Variability Analysis you are responsible to work with Fusion logics & system and would generally help the RTR team in-market to get to the right result by using excel VBA. You should be flexible to work in shifts.
Responsibilities

• Candidate should have knowledge of F&A processes,
• Understand all the VB macros, tests them and own them
• Work with the team on Process improvement opportunities
• Work closely with team managers and leadership, provide updates on Process improvement
• Resolve any issues with any macros on a real-time basis
• Motivate team to look for automation opportunities and drive productivity through automation
• Work closely with Operations.
• To perform root cause analysis for any macro failures, report out the incidence and take corrective action for future
• Should be able to communicate effectively with client
• Provide continuous process improvement ideas and plan

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Preferably Certified automation/RPA expert
• Meaningful experience in MIS & WFM Reporting will be advantage
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lead calls with clients / other business function independently
• Expert knowledge of automation using UI path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• 7-8 years of experience in managing automation using Visual Basis or RPA tools.
• Expertise of Advance Excel and Visual Basic
• Working Knowledge of Power BI, MS Access
• Expert in preparing, modifying Excel Macros
