Job Description :

Support Program/Project Ramp-up and due diligence, Identifies, analyzes and documents requirements in support of business process solutions and provide knowledge transition to operations and technology teams, Executes, monitors and supports testing of solutions to ensure alignment to requirements and advise PM of customer changes to already approved requirements. Interfaces between the project team, operations, and QA to facilitate the implementation of new projects. Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
Principal Accountabilities
  • Assisting with the business case
  • Translating and simplifying requirements
  • Requirements management and communication
  • Ensure all requirement specifications are obtained, open clarification items resolved in a timely manner, and approvals in place prior to distributing documentation to development and operations teams
  • Provide input to project timeline that meets both service and revenue goals
  • Monitor the progress of each requirements and testing deliverable on a daily basis
  • Report status at a minimum weekly basis on a prescribed format for internal and external use
  • Escalate delivery issues to management staff
  • Build use test cases for SourceHOV and provide guidance to customer on building their User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases while ensuring UAT test cases align with existing requirements and alert PM if any variances
  • Manage and monitor User Acceptance Testing and facilitate issue tracking and resolution with customer and development teams
  • Meet project timelines as scheduled
  • Meet revenue projections for the ramp-up phase
  • Remain current on platform and solution understanding to ensure customer requirements can be met
  • Competencies
  • To be considered for this position, the successful candidate will possess the following background and/or experience:

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
  • University degree combined with approximately 5 - 10 years' experience in project management in the areas of business process outsourcing, information systems and other similar areas which had remotely functioning multi-cultural project team.
  • Data capture, imaging, workflow experience required. 5+ years desired. Heavy analytical knowledge base. Business knowledge of Healthcare/Financial Services/ Loan & Mortgage.
  • Strong Microsoft skills including Microsoft Office suite
  • Sound knowledge of production operations, quality practices, and client service.
  • Strong written and verbal skills essential.
  • Experience working with offshore resources a plus.
  • Strong analysis and communication skills (both written and oral).
