Century Group is in search of an experienced Bookkeeper to join a team in the northern Denver area. Qualified candidates with 2-3+ years of bookkeeping & Quickbooks experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only.

Job Description:
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online
  • Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for clients
  • Processing payroll and quarterly payroll reports
  • Prepare and analyze internal financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
  • Utilize multiple systems to create KPI packages
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Participate in a wide variety of special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
