Our client an innovative technology company providing cutting edge services to the motor vehicle industry is looking to add an AP Clerk to their Accounting team. This person will report to the Accounting Manager and play an integral role in the team. Why we love this company:

Responsibilities:
  • Input and process invoices for payment
  • Assist staff accountant with entering manual checks/wires as needed
  • Monitors vendor statements to make timely and accurate payments in accordance with established terms
  • Sets up and maintains accurate digital vendor files
  • Opening and sorting invoices
  • Adheres to work rules, procedures and Company policies

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate with staff and management
  • Multi-task, meet tight deadlines and recognize and correct accounting errors
  • Accounts Payable experience - minimum of 1 years preferred

Preferred:
  • Knowledge & understanding of accounting procedures
  • College Degree
