CPA firm looking for an experienced full-time bookkeeper to review/correct and sometimes manage the books of numerous small businesses. Individual must come with experience and ability to handle multiple companies' finances at a time.

CPA firm looking for an experienced full-time bookkeeper to review/correct and sometimes manage the books of numerous small businesses. Individual must come with experience and ability to handle multiple companies' finances at a time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounting
- Data Entry
- Expense & Financial reports
- Journal Entries
- Bank Reconciliations
- Processing of payroll
- Reporting sales tax
- Inventory
- Cash flow
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Recording the acquisition/sale of fixed assets
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Must have at least 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Knowledgeable with QuickBooks online and desktop version
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is required
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Problem solver
- Take initiative
