Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk
- Ensures outstanding AR balances are followed up in a professional manner
- Cash applications
- Collections
- Deductions - research if there are deductions to be taken
- Prepares customer billings based on sales activity
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Clerk
- High School diploma or GED
- Excel - Pivot/VLook Up experience is a big plus!
- Ability to move from task to task very quickly
